At Divinely Assigned, care is more than a service — it’s a calling. We are approved to provide the following Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) services:

• In-Home & Community Support (IHCS): Skill-building and assistance to promote independence, safety, and meaningful daily life at home and in the community.
• Respite: Short-term relief for families and caregivers, ensuring individuals receive safe, consistent support.
• Companion Services: Supervision and support for health, safety, and engagement in daily routines and meaningful activities.
• Community Participation Support (CPS): Opportunities for learning, connection, and contribution in the community through purposeful activities and social engagement.

All services are delivered according to each individual’s ISP (Individual Support Plan) and align with ODP service definitions.
